Lester D. “Doug” Henry Sr.

Lester D. “Doug” Henry Sr. Lester Douglas “Doug” Henry, Sr., 88 of Hedgesville passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his residence.

Born June 16, 1934, he was the son of the late Lester Henry and Edith (Brit) Henry. He was an extruder operator for Channel Creasing Matrix Co. Lester loved wood crafting furniture, playing guitar, but most of all, his family, children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his son Lester Douglas Henry, Jr. (Ann); five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lester was preceded in death by his wife, Bivian Louise (Fox) Henry; son, Eugene Scott Henry; brother, Allen Henry; and two sisters, Carol Butts, and Dorothy Henry.

Service and Interment are private.
